AS Tere was a subsidiary of AS Luterma(owned by O.Kruuda), right before it declared bankrupcy AS Tere was sold to Dept Adviser OÜ (this company ceased to exist in the same year 2011). AS Luterma is in the middle of a bankrupcy case, they owe 57.3mil euros (2m of that is tax). Tere AS stock is currently owned by some Nordea bank representation account (translating from estonian, dont know even what this word means). But behind that is believed to be AS Rubla and Oliver Kruuda. Kruuda is currently the only member of the board.
